Wield Terms of Use

1. 工具边界 / Tool boundary

Wield 是面向服务器所有者和获授权管理员的 SSH 运维工具。AI 只能请求 App 内固定注册的操作；手动终端由用户单独控制。你负责确保自己有权访问目标主机、域名、文件和服务。

Wield is an SSH operations tool for server owners and authorized administrators. AI may request only fixed operations registered in the app; the manual terminal is controlled separately by the user. You are responsible for having authority to access every target host, domain, file and service.

2. 核验与备份 / Verification and backups

服务器操作、模型输出和诊断结果可能出错。执行变更前请审阅目标、差异和恢复动作，并维护独立备份。不要把 Wield 或模型输出作为医疗、法律、财务或其他专业意见。

Server operations, model output and diagnostic results can be wrong. Review targets, diffs and recovery actions before changes, and maintain independent backups. Do not treat Wield or model output as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

3. 允许使用 / Acceptable use

不得使用 Wield 未经授权访问系统、传播恶意软件、窃取凭据、规避安全控制，或从事违法和侵害他人权利的活动。Wield 会拒绝超出固定安全边界的操作，但拒绝机制不能替代你的法律和安全责任。

Do not use Wield for unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft, security-control evasion, unlawful conduct or infringement of others' rights. Wield refuses operations outside its fixed safety boundary, but refusal controls do not replace your legal and security responsibilities.

4. 第三方服务 / Third-party services

你自行选择 SSH 主机和兼容的模型服务。相关服务由各自条款、隐私政策、可用性和费用规则管理。Wield 不代表这些服务，也不控制其数据保留或输出。

You choose the SSH hosts and compatible model services. Their terms, privacy policies, availability and pricing govern their use. Wield does not represent those services or control their retention or output.

5. 可用性与责任 / Availability and liability

Wield 按现状提供，在法律允许的最大范围内不作明示或默示保证。运营者不对因错误配置、停机、数据丢失、第三方服务或未经审阅的命令造成的间接、附带或后果性损失负责。适用法律不允许排除的责任不受本条影响。

Wield is provided as is, without express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by misconfiguration, downtime, data loss, third-party services or unreviewed commands. Liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude remains unaffected.
